Urbane Restaurant & Bar located inside Hyatt at Olive 8 is recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our downtown Seattle team!

Urbane Restaurant & Bar is located on the first floor of the Hyatt at Olive 8 and is a favorite among the Seattle fine dining scene serving fresh, farm-to-table dishes inspired by the culinary spoils of the Pacific Northwest. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will assist in overseeing the Urbane's operations. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting, training, and ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws. This person may also coordinate special events at the restaurant. The Assistant Restaurant Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage inventory and cost control experience is helpful.
