Barrel & Bushel is a unique restaurant, complete with 22 local craft beers on tap and more than 30 bourbons. The restaurant features unique spins on American cuisine and serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night menu. This is not your typical hotel restaurant!

We are looking for an Assistant Manager, someone with previous leadership experience is required and a passion for food & beverage. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring guest and employee satisfaction and outlet profitability through the successful planning, organizing, execution, and leadership of the restaurant's operations and administration. If you have tons of positive energy and have been described as a /caring// /manager this may be a match for you!

Barrel & Bushel is a casual, rustic spot - so we are also looking for individuals who are comfortable in this setting. Specific duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: supporting team of approx. 40 and managing a high paced operation while working closely with the General Manager. Other management duties may include, but are not limited to; staffing, training, colleague development, promotion and continuous reinforcement of service expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years as F&B Management preferred
  • Wine, Craft Beer beverage knowledge preferred
  • Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills
  • Must have ability to work a flexible schedule, as business demands
  • Looking for a true team player
  • Ability to work in high paced environment
  • Proven experience leading others, with care is the key!
